 3 3-oz. pkgs. corned beef,
chopped
16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained		 8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. Thousand Island dressing 		 

Layer above in a quiche dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Serve with party rye slices or pumpernickel.  Serves 10 to 12.  Makes a great sandwich filling, too!
